Nicola Shaw - Legal Counsel Workplace Relations at ClubsNSW
Nicola Shaw has been practising law and specialising in Employment law for over seven years. She joined Clubs NSW in 2019 as Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations. She has a range of experience in industrial relations including private practice experience and working for other peak employer associations. She also has a strong understanding of compliance and governance as she is currently the vice chair of Western Sydney Community Legal Centre.
Karel Radford - Head of Customer Success ClubsHR
Karel has over 10 years experience in managing hospitality venues prior to joining ClubsHR. He joined ClubsHR in February 2023 and has been working closely with clubs ever since, helping them set up and utilise the platform, streamlining their rostering, attendance, award compliance and HR processes.
